Hi, I'm Anet — a bilingual Realtor® with Mato Realty. I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose: so I can answer every call, every question and every "sorry to ask again."

I'll be honest with you about what's going to be hard before it happens — the waiting, the paperwork you'll send twice, the house that sometimes falls through. That way nothing catches you off guard, and you always know where we are.

And if after we review everything you still don't want to move forward, we stop. No pressure and no "act now" — we close when you're ready.

Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres don't move the same way. Prices, flood zones, insurance and HOAs change from one street to the next — and knowing those differences is my job.
